Catching up

I have been really busy with work lately and haven't had much time to catch up with our Thanksgiving and the other stuff we've been doing. It seems like time is flying by so fast now that I'm working and I am scared that Christmas will come and go as fast as Thanksgiving. I was so excited to put up our Christmas stuff and I am so excited for christmas!! ( this picture really shows how excited we are... haha)

This past weekend we got to hang out with some of Tylers brothers and their wife/girlfriend. We went to dinner and the lights at temple square and then they spent the night and we watched the Grinch. Of course we missed the real lights at temple square because they turned off right when we got there ( I think that happens to me every year) but we still got to see alot of lights right around there.

We are so lucky to have such fun brothers and sisters so close to our age. We had alot of fun with them!
We also met up with Nikki and Tony and Jenna and Chase and went to the movie FOur Christmases. I really wanted to see it because me and Tyler together also have FOUR families to visit! It is almost impossible to do. It was a pretty funny movie and fun to see them again too.

For Thanksgiving me and Tyler went to Arizona with my dad, his wife, and my step sister. My grandparents and some of my aunts live down there and my grandpa has been a little under the weather. It was really good to see everyone and introduce Tyler to more of my family!
(Me and Katelyn with the camels)

Besides the driving it took to get down there it turned out to be pretty fun. We stayed at a really fun hotel and it was nice enough to lay out and swim in the pool (which was one of my favorite parts!) We also went shopping alot, went to the lighting of the Mesa Arizona temple (with Brooke White), went to visit one of Tylers cousins and his family and Tyler got to go golfing.

This picture was at the Mesa temple with my cousins Douglas and Jared who we hadnt seen forever! Tyler had alot of fun with them golfing. It was so fun to see them and meet their wives.

Good job catching up! Your trip to AZ sounds like a lot of fun. You did a lot of stuff in a short time. I think this is probably the perfect time to be in Arizona cause it's just too hot in the summer! I love the picture of you all at PF Changs. I'm so glad that you all take the time to get together and hang out. That is so cool! I remember last year we got to the lights at Temple Square just as they went off too! Next year you better start with the lights and then go to dinner afterwards!

Enjoy the Spirit of the Season! Your tree looks cute.

Love ya lots,
Susan

ps Love your new background!
