After almost being married three years Tyler and I finally have a little pea in the pod, a bun in the oven, or in other words I'm pregnant! We are sooo excited. Our little IT is going to be born at the end of April. I am a week away from being down with my first trimester already! It has gone by pretty fast. I actually have been really lucky not to get morning sickness or alot of the other symptoms that come along with being pregnant. Sometimes I feel like more should be wrong with me after hearing lots of horror stories so I am going to keep my fingers crossed that everything continues to go good! We don't know what the sex is still but I think we will find out in about 5 weeks so I will have to keep my blog updated alot better than I have been lately! I dont know why it has been so hard for me to keep things updated on here the past little while.
In other news we just found a house we really like and just went under contract with, and I think we are going to get if everything goes smoothly! It is in Riverton, (utah) and we really like it! When I think of everything going on over the next little while I get a little overwhelmed thinking about working, the baby, and the house but we feel like we have been really blessed lately and more than anything are excited about starting a little family. For now, Tyler has nicknamed the baby "Mav" from the name Maverick and I think he is secretly hoping the name will grow on me by the time it comes out but I dont see that happening anytime soon. It is going to be so different having a little baby around and not just having it be me and my best buddy! Tyler is going to be the cutest little dad and is already claiming Mav tells him things that I can't hear. All I know is the little guy looks like a little peanut and loves some fast food!
Well, thanks everyone that has commented on my stuff even though I never really make comments on alot of other blogs. I promise I will turn over a new leaf in the blogger world if it kills me!

Congrats guys! Thats so cool, and you are so lucky that you haven't been sick at all Jaimee. I'm totally jealous of the potential new house. Our little ones will be in the same grade together, fun.
So glad to see your new blog!! I faithfully check everyday just to see. I am so excited about the baby--I think about her/him all the time. I hold babies at church all the time and think about your little one and about Paul and Joni's little one and about Cierra and Alfredo's little one! Just so many blessings coming down in the next little while. Sooo awesome!

I can hardly wait for your little pea in a pod to arrive :) You two are going to be such good parents. I laughed so hard when you said that tyler claims mav tells him things that you don't hear. Sound just like tyler.
- I did wear the flower but it was kinda towards the back so you can't really see it, I wish it was visible. oh well.
oh, you are MUCH too kind! it may look like i didn't really gain weight anywhere else besides my belly, but i can assure you i have a few "new" pounds that have so wonderfully set in on my thighs and butt, haha. :) and while i am not exactly tall (i'm 5'5"), i do have a crazy long torso, so the baby i guess has more room than normal!
but don't you worry one bit, you are going to be a GORGEOUS prego lady, i just know it! how can you not be?? you are going to be all cute and glowy. :) i am so excited for pictures to come!
(oh, and as for stretch marks..so far, so good still. but i still have 3 more weeks to go and i have heard some ladies get them 2 weeks before giving birth! bummer! i hope i can hold out for a bit longer. doctors say it really all just comes down to genes and how your skin is. my mom and sister both got stretch marks, so i thought i would for sure, we'll see. so in reality the creams and stuff don't really work, but i still have been using a st. ive's lotion on my belly almost every night. anything to "up" my chances! plus, it helps when your skin feels tight, so it can't hurt.)

I talked to Susan yesterday, it sounds like the house stuff didn't work out? I am telling ya, you need to come over here! My favorite place over here is the Harvard/Yale area. I would move there tomorrow........IF I HAD THE MONEY!!!!

It looks like I'll be comment #21. We've already talked on the phone and have shared the excitement. I think Susan is not only climbing trees with excitement but already has her bags packed to come over and help you with the baby. Now, you take good care of yourself this winter, don't eat sweets, you'll get an achy in your tummy. (That's and old song.) We look forward to see you and others this Christmas and at the "Wizard of Oz." You are a great blessing in our lives.

Congrats Jaimee! I heard the good news about a week ago and haven't gotten around to telling congratulations! that's exciting you found a house too. we are looking and it's such a pain! but i'm excited to see what you are having, that's fun all you girls will have babies the same age.
Oh my gosh! I am so excited and I heard that you were and I am so happy for you. You are going to be the best mommy. And Tyler will be such a good dad. Some people just seem like they will and you guys will. I never really had sickness or anything bad with being pregnant. And I think that all you hear about is the bad and so it might all go smooth!
